First of all, when using rubber and plastic machinery and equipment, you should pay attention to:

1. Open the water supply, gas supply and oil supply valves, and check whether the water pressure gauge, hydrometer and oil pressure gauge are normal.

2. After safety education, technical training and familiarity with the operating procedures of rubber and plastic machinery, the machine operator must be on duty.

3. Check and clean the rubber and plastic machinery before starting to prevent the operation of debris around the machine.

4. Keep the machines around the construction site tidy and the roads unobstructed, turn on the ventilation equipment (fans), and keep the airflow flowing in the workshop.

5. The top bolt must be raised in front of the rubber and plastic machinery, the hopper rotates backward to reset, the material door is closed, and the power supply is cut off.

6. Turn on the machine for test operation, and stop immediately if there is any abnormal sound or other malfunction.

7. Check whether the material door, top bolt, and hopper are normally opened.

8. When the top bolt is raised, the top bolt control knob must be placed in the elevator position.

9. During the kneading process of rubber and plastic machinery, it is found that there is material jamming. It is forbidden to use hands directly when using ejector pins or other tools.

10. When the hopper is dumped, the hopper and the rubber-plastic lifting machinery are not close to pedestrians.
